Can I file my reward request online?
Most reward requests can be completed online. Please reference your offer code online to ensure your reward is eligible for online submission.
Do I need to send in my original sales receipt if I submit my reward request via mail?
If it is required by your offer, you must mail in your original receipt*. If you send your original receipt, remember to always keep a copy for your records.
*Excluding Rhode Island.
I’ve lost my receipt. What should I do?
Please visit the retailer where the purchase was made and ask them to reprint a receipt for you.
I submitted my reward request after the dates specified. Will I still qualify?
If either the submission or postmark date have passed for your reward offer, you will not be eligible for that reward. Always check the terms and conditions as soon as possible to ensure you submit in time.
Do I have to give my email address?
An email address is preferred, as it allows us to provide you with up-to-date information regarding your reward submission. In some cases it is required to fulfill your reward. All information submitted with your claim form is kept confidential. Check your claim form to determine if an email address is required for your specific reward.
Can I submit for more than one reward on the same product?
Reward offers usually specify a limit to the number of claims that can be submitted for each customer, household or address. To find out specific terms and conditions, or the limit of how many rewards are allowed for that offer, please check your claim form. Using additional addresses that are not your own to qualify for more than the limit per customer is considered mail fraud and is against the law.
How can I check the status of my reward?
Check the status of your submission by clicking on the “Track Your Rewards” button and completing the requested information.
My status says I’m "not approved." What does this mean?
There may be missing information on the form, we may not have received your original receipt, or your reward claim may include invalid products. To find out more about your specific reward claim, call (866) 334-1581.
How long will it take to receive my reward?
Please allow 10-12 weeks for us to receive your submission, process it and issue your reward. If it has been 12 weeks since you mailed your submission and you have not received your reward, click “Track Your Rewards” to check the status of your submission.
